Birthday 1 and Birthday 2

Poor kids! Every year they have to share their birthday parties. This year, little E's was on Thanksgiving so we decided to celebrate both birthdays on Sunday, which was Ashton's 8th Birthday. It was fun. Both kids wanted their own birthday cakes and they knew which kind they wanted and how to decorate them. If you are a Utah fan please don't be offended or write any nasty responses to this blog. It's not meant to offend anyone.

Ashy wanted a chocolate cake with oreo frosting with hearts. Ashy's favorite color is blue, thus the blue frosting. She said to do yellow around the cake and 1 yelow heart since yellow is my favorite color.

Ethan wanted a yellow cake with chocolate frosting. And He wanted his cake to say, "BYU won." As you can tell Ethan loves BYU (notice the jersey He's still wearing. We bought the football player toys and posts and this is what we came up with. Sorry, Ute fans if you don't like it. We LOVED it!

My nieces had a little bit of fun with the cake here. The lone BYU player on the left is Andrew George on his way to the winning touchdown of the game. If you notice, all the Utah players faces are stuffed in the frosting. We had a good laugh.

Wow! Must be a serious game. Ty confiscated the football players from the cake and made a huge mess. It was all over his body from his hair to his diaper. He loved it though.
