i have to ask what was under the pile and what was in the brown paper bag? who were these people? sick, I cant believe you spent so much time in such a dirty place! kuddos to you for being brave!
We had some renters just like this who also had a story every month as to why they couldn't pay the rent. Uhhh, you're 50+ years old, figure it out!! Hope your new ones are better; ours are, thank goodness!!
